RISOTTO WITH CODFISH

Ingredients:

1 cup of 100 ml rice
100 g of cod
salts
olive oil
parsley

PREPARATION:

Cook the rice as directed.
When the rice is done, add one tablespoon of cod mantecato (approx. 100 g) and mix and add chopped parsley and olive oil.
