POLENTA WITH CODFISH

Ingredients:

1 cup of 200 ml of instant polenta
100 g of cod
salts
1 tablespoon butter or olive oil
parsley

PREPARATION:

Cook the polenta as directed.
Season to taste. When the polenta has cooled, cut into slices.
Serve cold with cod mantecato, garnish with parsley and olive oil.
