Sastojci:100 g riže arborio100 g bakalara1 l temeljca po izboru100 ml bijelog vina1 lukmaslinovo uljesol i paparmaslac i parmezan po želji
Priprema: Na zagrijano maslinovo ulje dodati sitno narezani luk te popržiti do zlatne boje. Dodati opranu rižu te kratko popržiti. Uliti bijelo vino i mešati dok riža ne upije, a zatim nastaviti miješati dolijevajući temeljac. Nakon što smo postigli željenu tvrdoću riže, umiješati namaz od bakalara i začiniti te za bolji okus po želji dodati malo maslaca i naribanog parmezana. Servirati uz salatu po izboru.
